Misses' Vest & Skirt

The skirts and vests are designed for light to medium weight woven fabrics. We suggest cotton, cotton types, linen, flannel, challis, silk, silk like fabrics, rayon and blends.
NOTE: If you are making a crinkled skirt, only fabric that wrinkles is suitable.
The tiered skirt has elastic in the casing at the waist. The skirt can be crinkled. The vest is lined and the outside edges are finished with bias cut bindings from contrast fabric or double fold bias tape. The vests have a contrast upper front and front button closures. Three appliquĊ½ designs are included in the pattern.
